Sleeping Arrangement: Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed, Sleep 2 adults Second Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed, Sleep 2 adults Livingroom: Queen Pullout sofabed, Sleep 2 adults (Luxury Article Sofabed, very comfortable, real memory foam mattress!) Our newly renovated condo has a modern, minimalist design. It has two bedrooms, one with a comfortable queen bed and the other with a spacious king-size bed. The bathroom is well-equipped with all the amenities you need. The cozy living room has a TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. You can enjoy your meals at the dining table with a view.

Our property is 100% ECO Friendly which includes: 1. Bio-degradable garbage bags 2. Organic body wash, shampoo, and conditioner 3. ECO-Friendly cleaning detergents Please note: All guests are required to complete a pre-check-in form via SuiteOp, which includes submitting a government-issued ID, signing a rental agreement, and providing a refundable security deposit ($500). We really enjoyed staying at Alex's place - great location, great building with free parking, good gym, nice pool and sauna. Building security was good, so felt safe. Alex's unit itself was very nice up on the higher floor with a view. I really appreciated the amenities in the unit too, the kitchen was nicely stocked, not sparse, the beds were comfortable. Best of all, Alex was responsive and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. We would stay here again.

The apartment is beautiful but the location is the best. Alex was very kind and we had a great communication. It has a dedicated parking spot, super convenient. I’d definitely come back to the apartment in my next visit.
